Feature
Direct Support of Slack JSON Exports
StreemView now supports the direct ingestion of Slack JSON exports. The exported ZIP files can be uploaded directly and attachments can then be acquired from Slack via the referenced URL links within the JSON files.

Feature
Defer Indexing of Data Source Ingestion
StreemView now supports the ability to hold on data indexing until manually triggered as opposed to indexing the matter with every data source imported. This allows for large queues of data sources to be ingested without indexing until the very end, saving significant time for large matters.Feature
Reaction Support for Slack
StreemView now supports standard and user created Reactions for Slack data when imported as direct JSON content. This includes updates to the StreemView emoji cloud to include a new section for reactions, enabling quick filtering to messages containing reactions. Reactions will also output to RSMF files for use in Relativity or other review applications that support the RSMF format.
Feature
Bulk Import of Search Terms
When adding search terms, there is a new option for bulk importing lists of terms. This option allows for the import of up to 250k terms and will perform an exception analysis to identify terms that cannot be utilized with StreemView. Exception terms can be downloaded from the UI with explanations of why the term had an exception. Terms that pass the analysis can move forward for import and running in StreemView.

Feature
Support for Multiple Search Term Sets
StreemView now enables the creation and management of multiple search term sets. Each set will tag results based on the search set name. Currently, all highlighting is in yellow with multi-color support coming soon.

Truncated Text for Large Attachments
Large non-document attachments, such as JSON and XML content, can contain significant text volume that can unnecessarily slow down native file indexing. As such, StreemView will now truncate indexed text for attachments at 20 MBs so as to not negatively impact indexing time and performance. Was this article helpful?
