Simplified Authentication with Enhanced User Administration via Auth0

We have transitioned from SSO-based authentication to an Auth0-based user administration system. This removes the need for IT approval to add our application and provides enhanced user management controls.  Upon logging in, users will need to reset their passwords to transition into the new authentication system.

New Matter Type Attribute for New Matters

When creating a new matter, you can select from a pick lists of different types of litigation and investigations.  These selections help improve the contextual awareness for upcoming AI feature functionality.

Introducing Text View for Enhanced Content Display

The StreemView Viewer now includes an optional Text View for non-Chat and non-Email content, defaulting to extracted text when available and falling back to rendered content if not. This update also enables search term highlighting and allows users to set persistent viewing preferences.

Improved Display of Loose Documents in HTML Viewer

Documents displayed in HTML viewer now fit to width to reduce need for scrolling.

Enhancements to RSMF Output

RSMF exports will now no longer include application icons and instead will defer to the platform iconography inherent in the RSMF ingestion process.  Additionally, IMS missing attachment references that can cause an error with RSMF ingestion in review platforms is now addressed to ensure well formed RSMF output.

Enhancements to Matter List XLS Report

Matter List XLS report updated with more uniformed data volume reporting, additional matter status categories, and additional enhancements.

New Options for Matter Status Requests

Client and System Admins now have additional options for changing the state of a matter, including Request Nearline for keeping a matter active, but without user access, and Request Deletion for requesting that a matter be brought offline and deleted.

Export Summary Updated with Previous/Following # Value

Export summary now includes settings that determine the size of the context window to create around tagged messages (example: as +/- 10 messages).
