Bug Fixes

Resolution for Unsupported Voicemail Records

We’ve enhanced Voicemail record support in StreemView with expanded compatibility for AMR file types. Additionally, when encountering an unsupported Voicemail type, clear indicators are provided along with an option to download and play locally, ensuring you have an opportunity to listen to important Voicemail content, even if not supported by the application.

Bug Fixes

Resolution to Errors Encountered with Folder Import Queue

Resolved an issue that occurred when multiple folders were staged for import, the native import process could stall and not progress with the import.

Feature

Feature

Creation of a Data Status and Native Status Columns

We’ve added two new status fields on the Data Sources page, replacing the previous Job Category field for clearer import tracking. The Data Status indicates the import progress of text and metadata, while the Native Status tracks native file imports. This update helps users quickly identify loading progress and better clarity in what stage exceptions were encountered during import.

Feature

Information and Preview Panel Relabeling

The "Chat Information" and "Preview" panels have been renamed to "Information" and "Viewer" respectively. These changes align the panel labels with their purpose of displaying content and information across all data types, not just chat-related data.

Feature

Record ID Navigation Position Change

The Record-to-Record navigation controls have been relocated to the top of the Information Panel for easier user access. This update eliminates the need to scroll to the bottom of a Chat Conversation or Record to move to the next item, streamlining the review process and enhancing user efficiency.

Feature

Importing Now Enables Retry of Upload and Import Steps from UI

When an issue is encountered during the upload or import of data, StreemView now allows users to retry the process from the UI, minimizing situations where a user must start over or request intervention from StreemView support.

Feature

Enhancements to Import Progress Monitoring

A progress meter is now visible in the Data Source grid to help users monitor the progress of data and native imports to StreemView.  This helps provide additional transparency into the stage the import process is in, as well as how far along the process has progressed.

Enhancement

Not Tagged Filtering Added to Information Panel

A new system filter has been added in the Tags section of the Information Panel that allows users to filter into the subset of a Conversation that does not have tags applied. This feature is designed to help users quickly identify untagged items, as well as to make it easier to resume tagging in large conversations from where a user last left off.

Enhancement

Removal of Phone Number Requirement from New User Creation

When creating new users in StreemView, a user's phone number is no longer required for user creation and enabling user access.

Enhancement

Counter Added to Viewer to Indicate Number of Messages Returned when Filtering

A banner depicting the filtered count and total item count has been added to the Viewer to help the user understand the quantity of items returned when filters are applied. The banner also includes a check box to select all items currently returned in the Viewer for tagging.
