General Metadata Tab for Chat

A new General metadata tab in the Information Panel now provides detailed metadata for chat conversations, including fields such as Record ID, Custodian, Description Value, Date Range, Source Application, Conversation ID, Message Count, Attachment Count, and Attachment File Size. This enhancement offers users expanded insights into chat and conversation records in StreemView, including the ability to estimate attachment export sizes for relevant Slack channels and conversations.

Users can now generate a StreemView usage report in XLS format from the Matters List page, summarizing data sources added in the current month, database size, native file size, and last date a matter was accessed.

Expanded Client Admin Capabilities with Exports

Client Administrators now have expanded permissions for managing exports in StreemView, including the ability to delete, edit, run, cancel, restart, and download exports. This update removes work blockers and empowers Client Admins to independently manage exports, streamlining workflows and enhancing self-service capabilities.

Tags applied to records in StreemView are now included in exported DAT files, positioned between the Description and Body fields under the label "Tags."
